RETURNS POLICY

You have 14 days from delivery of the goods to return the items that do not satisfy you.
Only items perfectly intact and contained in our original packaging are accepted.
Contact Mic-Fi assistance at the following address: assistance@mic-fi.com and wait for the return form with the relative instructions to proceed.
The return of the items is at your expense.
Refunds for orders paid by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer will be made with the same payment method with which the purchase was made.
From the moment we come into possession of the returned items, we will proceed as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days to refund the amount paid.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you use the Services on our site or send us emails or other communications from your computer or mobile device, you communicate with us electronically. We may
communicate with you in various
ways, such as by email, in-app
notifications, or by posting messages and communications on the site. Without prejudice to the specific provisions of the law of an imperative nature, for the purposes of this contract, you accept that all contracts, notifications, information and other
communications that we provide you in electronic form meet the requirement of the written form, when required by law.

For all purchases made on our e-commerce sites, the accepted payment methods are:

We accept PayPal and the various payment methods made available by PayPal (transactions with major credit cards are accepted).

LEGAL WARRANTY

Each product sold by our site to a “consumer” buyer is covered by the legal guarantee on consumer goods, which covers conformity defects that appear within 24 months from the date of delivery of the goods.

What is the legal guarantee?

This is the guarantee on the sale of consumer goods provided for by the Community Directive 1999/44 / EC, also known as the “guarantee of conformity”, which protects you in the event that the products you purchase show conformity defects with respect to the sales contract (“Guarantee Legal”).

To exercise your warranty and assistance rights, keep a copy of the product purchase receipt.

SHIPPING AND COURIERS

When placing an order, remember to enter the correct address and telephone number to facilitate delivery.

Once the shipment has been made, you will receive the TRACKING NUMBER relating to your delivery via email or SMS. With this number it is possible to monitor the shipment in real time from the site of the courier assigned.

. Orders can be delivered by different couriers. However, it is not possible to select the courier who will handle your order.

For shipments abroad, any additional customs clearance costs will be at your expense. We have no control over these additional costs and we cannot predict the amount.
