LEGAL WARRANTY

Every product sold by our site to a “consumer” buyer is covered by the legal warranty on consumer goods, which covers defects of conformity that occur within 24 months from the date of delivery of the goods.

To exercise your warranty and service rights, please keep a copy of your product purchase receipt.

SHIPPING AND COURIERS

When placing an order, remember to enter your address and phone number correctly to facilitate its delivery.
Once the shipment has been completed, you will receive by email or SMS the shipping number (TRACKING NUMBER) relating to the expected delivery of the purchased product. With this number it is possible to monitor the shipment in real time from the assigned courier’s website.
The delivery times indicated may be subject to change, for reasons not attributable to us. Please check the delivery date during the order process.
Orders can be delivered by different carriers. However, it is not possible to select the courier that will manage your order.
For shipments abroad, any additional customs clearance costs will be borne by the buyer. We will not be able to control these additional costs or predict their amount in advance.
Customs policies as such vary considerably from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days from the delivery of the goods to return the products that do not meet the desired expectations.
Only products that are perfectly intact and contained in our original packaging will be accepted.
In the event of a return, you must contact Mic-Fi support at the following address: assistance@mic-fi.com and wait for the return form with the relevant instructions to proceed.
The return of the products is at your own expense.
Refunds of orders paid by Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer will be made with the same payment method with which the purchase was made.
From the moment we come into possession of the returned products, we will refund the amount paid as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days.
